Definition: determination of the energy losses by surveying the energy use of the building. Our aim of rationalisation of energy use. Result: reduction of energy costs.
- carrying out an onsite survey we analyse the existing energy structure;
- we process the public utility, operation and maintenance contracts
- and the energy consumption data;
- the building structure,
- the related building engineering and lighting systems;
- if justified we perform heat technology tests.
- for the use permit in the case of new buildings;
- for the long-term leasing – in excess of one year – of the building;
- in the case of buildings with a useful floor area in excess of 1 000 m2, with an official function, public use in state ownership.
